The nose : Remarkable intensity with fresh fruits notes (green apple), citrus aromas (lemon, bitter orange) and subtle honey notes, caramel and bun.

The mouth : Concentrated foam with very thin bubbles. Palate is fresh and bright with intense citrus notes (lemon, orange) and pineapple. Finish with very elegant dried fruits bitterness (almond, hazelnut).”
