2. Protecting minors
Under federal law (article 24) the sale of alcohol to people under eighteen (18) is prohibited. The customer confirms that he is eighteen (18) years old at the time of order. Please note that Reflet des Bulles Sàrl does not sell alcohol to people under eighteen (18).

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. People should consume and enjoy in moderation.
4. Terms & Conditions
Before confirming any order on the website Reflet des Bulles.ch, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions (T&C). Therefore he agrees that the information given, when placing his order, is true and correct, and thus assumes full responsibility for the consequences related to false or partly incorrect data.
5. Products and services for sale on RefletdesBulles.ch
All the information and images related to the products and services for sale displayed on the website Reflet des Bulles.ch are disclosed for information purposes only and have no contractual validity.
The customer has to place his order of one or more products (or in case of workshops, one or more tasting workshops) in accordance to the information provided on the website.
6. Order and confirmation of contract
Orders for bottles of Champagne and items related to Champagne, as well as bookings of one or several tasting workshops can be placed via the website Reflet des Bulles.ch. Any purchase is binding for the customer after he has confirmed his order and made his payment for the goods (or services) in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions.
Once the order is confirmed, an e-mail is sent to the customer’s e-mail address previously provided to the website Reflet des Bulles.ch.
Orders can also be sent to the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl by phone, post or e-mail. In these cases the payment is made by transferring the money to the company’s bank account with the following bank details:

A confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer by e-mail as soon as payment has been accepted.
A confirmation of the order is a binding contract between the customer and “Reflet des Bulles Sàrl”. The Company reserves the right, whatever the reason, not to accept an order and refuse confirmation. By his order, the customer expressly confirms his acceptance of the GCS and the accuracy of all data he has provided. Placing an order is restricted to people having the competence to perform legal acts.
For corporate events no booking will be accepted without payment of the full amount according to the quotation signed and dated by the customer. The customer will pay the full amount by bank transfer using the bank account information here above.
For travels or trips organised by Reflet des Bulles Sàrl, no booking will be accepted without payment of the full amount according to the quotation signed and dated by the customer. The customer will pay the full amount by bank transfer using the bank account information here above.
7. Changes to the order and cancellation
Orders concerning bottles or items related to Champagne may at any moment be changed or cancelled by the customer before the order is processed by our preparation service. As soon as the goods are taken over by the carrier/carriers, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.
8. Conditions of return, refund, cancellation
If our products (bottles of Champagne and items related to Champagne) do not give total satisfaction, the customer is entitled to return unopened bottles or items related to Champagne, in their original packaging, to the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl, within one month.
When the returned goods are received, the amount for the returned bottles and items will be refunded accordingly by the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl.
The refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank/post account of which details have been previously provided. As a general rule, incomplete or damaged returned items are not refundable. Delivery, shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer. The goods are delivered at the customer’s risk.
In the event of cancellation of tasting workshops by individuals, penalties may be deducted from the booking price by the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl as shown below:
- Cancellation more than ten (10) calendar days before the date of the workshop: no deduction is made. The full booking price will be refunded. Another date will be suggested to the customer.
- Cancellation less than five (5) calendar days before the date of the workshop: 50% of the booking price will be deducted.
- Cancellation less than three (3) days before the date of the workshop: no refund will be made.
When organizing business events, “Reflet des Bulles Sàrl” incurs different kinds of expenses (purchase of goods/supplies, reservation of various equipment) in accordance with the quotation signed by the customer. These charges will not be refunded. Therefore, according to the terms of the present Conditions of Sale, in case of cancellation the customer is subject to penalties as indicated below:
- Cancellation less than fifteen (15) calendar days before the date of the event: the total amount for the service is due.
- Cancellation between 16 (sixteen) and 30 (thirty) days before the date of the event: 50% of the total amount for the service is due.
9. Price
Prices are in Swiss Francs (including VAT 8%) excluding delivery charges. Prices are valid for Switzerland only.
The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, depending on the evolution of the prices quoted by the producers, customs taxes or delivery charges.
Furthermore, Reflet des Bulles Sàrl commits itself to apply the prices displayed on its website at the time of order.
10. Payment and security
The payment for goods or services via the website Reflet des Bulles.ch is due at the time of ordering (or booking tasting workshops) by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Postcard. It will be made on the highly secured servers of our partners.
No confidential data related to the customer’s bank or Post details are stored by or passed through the website Reflet des Bulles.ch. Confidentiality concerning the customer’s personal data is insured thanks to a high security encryption protocol that prevents fraudulent use of the data.
The order is definitely valid after receipt of the payment by the partner/partners of Reflet des Bulles.ch website.
11. Delivery conditions
At the time of ordering the customer will be charged for delivery depending on the amount of bottles. The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to increase delivery costs without notice. Delivery charges applicable are those stated on the company’s website at the time of order:
From 1 to 5 bottles -> 15 CHF
From 6 to 12 bottles -> 20 CHF
From 13 to 24 bottles -> 30 CHF
From 25 to 35 bottles -> 40 CHF
More than 35 bottles -> free of charge throughout Switzerland.
Delivery will be made by the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl in partnership with the Swiss Post directly to the customer’s home.
In case the customer is absent at the time of delivery by the postman, a card will be left in his letterbox informing him that the goods are being kept at the post office closest to his home.
Moreover, the postman can make a second delivery if requested by the customer (on the front side of the card left by the postman).
The goods will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl will not be held liable in case of default of delivery due to incorrect information from the customer or any address not deliverable by The Post.
If goods are returned due to default of delivery the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail. If the customer does not react within two months, the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to cancel the order, being released from its commitment to deliver the goods. In this case the amount paid by the customer at the time of order will be kept by Reflet des Bulles Sàrl as damages.
If the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl is not able to deliver an order within thirty (30) days after the parcels have left the producer’s premises, due to any exceptional reason, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and claim the refund of the amount paid at the time of ordering. The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl will pay back this amount excluding all further claims for damages by the customer; the liability of the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl is limited to the refund of the advance payment.
Goods sold in the frame of special sales, the average delivery time is less than fifteen (15) working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) following the date the goods have left the producer. A delay is in no case a reason for cancellation of the order and will not give any right for compensation.
12. Promotional offers and discount
Special offers and any other discounts cannot be combined.
13. Corked bottles
Corked bottles cannot be returned or exchanged unless the defect occurs repeatedly in a batch of bottles. In this case the corked bottles must be returned to the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl at least ¾ full and with the original cork. These bottles will be replaced free of charge by an equivalent product or a product of equal market value.
In all cases the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to challenge the presumed corky taste.
14. Data protection
Personal data provided by the customer when ordering (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) will be treated in strict confidence and security on the website Reflet des Bulles.ch. They will not be sold, disclosed or transferred to, or exchanged with third parties others than necessary for the proper processing of the order and payment.
The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to use anonymously all the data collected on its website for purely statistical purposes in order to analyze the purchasing behaviour of the customers and to refine its commercial offers.
When registering on the website the customer agrees to receive commercial offers or advertisements from the company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl. He may chose to discontinue these messages directly on the website or by e-mail, phone or post to the company.
The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to remove from its registration list without notice any customer with whom they might be in dispute.
15. Change of provisions
The company Reflet des Bulles Sàrl reserves the right to change the present General Conditions of Sale without notice, though they will continue to apply until confirmation of the order.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present Terms and Conditions will be governed by Swiss Law. The courts of Geneva will have jurisdiction.
