    Note from the wine maker: “Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites, mollusc of the secondary era. Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment; followed by ‘Réseau Magister’ since 1991.

    Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated containers for the Chardonnay wine, and in oak barrels for the Pinot Noir red wine.  Bottles conditioned on wooden shelfs. Manual “remuage” (riddling before disgorging).”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “To make this cuvée, the wine maker used only grapes growing in Vertus, small village of the Côte des Blancs and ranked Premier Cru.”

    Note from the wine maker: “Colour: Deep pink colouring. Perfumes: Nose of red fruit and cherries. The palate is fresh and pulpy.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : This cuvée shows a seductive deep cherry colour. Limpid and bright with salmon pink reflexion. Sustained effervescence with nice thin bubbles.

    The nose : Elegant and intense with refined notes of red fruits (strawberry, cherry).

    The mouth : The foam provides an immediate pleasure. The palate is bright, straightforward and well-balanced. Fruit aromas are not so strong.It suggests fresh and descreet notes of small red fruits (strawberry, cherry). The finish, bright and nervous, declines only at the really end. A wine very well made.”

    This Rosé brut fits perfectly for the aperitif at the terrace. It fits perfectly with ‘Verrines’ with shrimps and desserts based on red fruits.
