    Note from the wine maker: “Oak vinification : 100%  Wine without malo-lactic fermentation: 86%.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “Collet’s brothers fully master oak maturing. Here, oak barrels bring wealth and roundness without altering the much desired freshness. Ageing on lees of about 61 months brings an amazing complexity.”

    Note from wine maker: “Colour : Rich gold. Nose : Full of expression, mixing patisserie with white fruit and a hint of minerality. Palate : The attack is generous and soft, leading to a sound and honest structure. The mineral flavours are very noticeable alongside a rich generosity followed by a lingering finish. A champagne to be carefully savoured that is ideal to serve at festive dinners.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe: Golden yellow colour. Medium effervescence intensity with very thin bubbles.

    The nose: Surpising intensity and range of aromas. Notes of yellow fruits (mirabelle, peach) with empyreumatic notes, honey and gingerbread aromas.

    The mouth: The first taste is fresh with a beautiful harmony between acidity and unctuousness. Empyreumatic notes (warm bread, bun), yellow fruits (peach), exotic fruits (pineapple), very elegant buttery. A powerful cuvée, broad and fresh. Amazing!”
