    Note from the wine maker: “The Estate vintage, Brut Tradition, is made to reflect the historic variety of grape found all over the Marne Valley: Pinot Meunier (90%), a touch of fruitiness comes from the Pinot Noir (10%) and the depth of reserve wine (10%).”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “This emblematic cuvée of the Champagne House Jacques Copin is a Blanc de Noirs, meaning that this cuvée is exclusively made with black skin grapes and white flesh. (pinot meunier and pinot noir varieties). This blend reflect the historic grape variety of the Marne Valley : the pinot meunier.”

    Note from the wine maker: “Meunier is expressed with subtlety and freshness with aromas of summer fruits such as peach and apple, mingling with lightly toasted almonds.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : Moderate but very elegant pale gold colour. Dense and generous effervescence with thin bubbles.

    The nose : Intense with white fruits aromas (apple, pear), summer fruits (yellow peach), dried fruits (almond) and subtle roasted notes.

    The mouth : Dense foam and intense sparkling with thin bubbles. Fresh and clean first taste. Very nice balance between sugar and acidity. Range of aromas with white fruits notes (apple, pear), summer fruits (apricot), citrus (bitter orange) and subtle roasted notes. Fresh and fruity finish with a long persistence of flavour.”
