    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : Limpid and bright with pale gold colour. Very sustained effervescence with very thin bubbles.

    The nose : Charming white flower aromas (acacia), slight tea notes, white fruits (apple pear), exotic fruits (pineapple) and suble notes of honey and bun providing a beautiful complexity.

    The mouth : Concentrated foam with very thin bubbles. Fresh palate at the first taste. Aromatic range including citrus notes (lemon, orange), white fruits (apple, pear). Very elegant balance between sugar and acidity. Long persistence of flavour with discreet bun notes.”
