    Note from the wine maker: “Only first press juices are used for this cuvée. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations  are performed in stainless steel container. Bottle fermentation at low temperature.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “This cuvée is a blending rosé consisting to white base wine mixed with wine vinified on skins and 10% reserve wine.”

    Note from the wine maker: “The nose : fine and quaffing with red fruits notes (strawberry, raspberry and cherry). The mouth : Thin bubbles, well-balanced. Intense and persistent aromas (red fruits) with a long finish and subtle liquorice notes.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : Limpid and bright champagne with very elegant raspberry-pink colour. Instense effervescence with thin bubbles.

    The nose : Medium intensity of the aromas range but very elegant with red fruits notes (strawberry, raspberry) and little berries notes (red currant).

    The mouth : Smooth foam with thin bubbles. First taste is fresh and well-balanced. Intense range of aromas with red fruits notes (wild strawberry), little berries (red currant). Finish is fresh with intense fruity notes.”
