    Note from the wine maker: “Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites, mollusc of the secondary era. Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment; followed by ‘Réseau Magister’ since 1991.

    Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated containers.  Bottles conditioned during 2 to 3 years. “Remuage” (riddling) before disgorging.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “To make this cuvée, the wine maker used only grapes growing in Vertus, small village of the Côte des Blancs and ranked Premier Cru.”

    Note from the wine maker: “Light golden appearance, bright with a pale green reflexion. Tasting:   Fine nose dominated by notes of pear, lemon, fresh almond and fern. Pleasant and fresh palate with a beautiful ending on mineral notes and citrus fruit.”

    Note de Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : Champagne with pale gold colour with light green reflexion. Sustained efferverscence with nice bubbles fineness.

    The nose : Intense and wealth, with white fruits aromas (apple, pear) and citrus (lemon).

    The mouth : Charming and concentrated foam with creamy contact. The first taste is brisk. Nice balance between unctuousness and acidity. Aromas range characterized by citrus notes (yellow lemon), white fruits (apple, pear) and melon. Almond notes and light minerality bring discreet and elegant bitter notes. The finish is frank and fresh. A champagne only for pleasure, at any time.”
