    Note from the wine maker: “Only first press juices are used for this cuvée. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations  are performed in stainless steel container. Bottle fermentation at low temperature.”

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “This champagne cuvée is exclusively made with pinot noir, the more common grape variety of the Côte des Bar. It includes 20% of reserve wine.”

    Note from the wine maker: « Intense expression of the red fruits and liquorice aromas, very common champagne cuvée made with pinot noir grape variety. »

    Note from Stanislas Buffet: “The robe : Limpid and bright with pale yellow colour. Intense effervescence with very thin bubbles.

    The nose : Intense aromas of red fruit (cherry), summer fruit (peach) and citrus (grapefruit, yellow lemon).

    The mouth: Intense and thick foam with very thin bubbles. The first taste is fresh with slight flexibility, well-balanced. Aromas in nose and mouth are in perfect harmony. Intensely fruity. The finish is fresh and powerful. Persistence of flavours lasts several seconds and contributes to the pleasure of this cuvée.”

    Champagne and food matching

    This cuvée is ideal as an appetizer. Very pleasant match with fine foods like scallops or caviar or served with noble fish in sauce.
